Connect to your account

You can create your Tennis en Ligne account via your mobile. If you have already created an account on tennisenligne.ca, you should use the same information in this account (email and password) to use the same profile.

Here are the instructions to create a new account via Tennis en Ligne Mobile:

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile application
3. Touch the "Subscribe" button in the lower left corner of the home page
4. Enter the required information
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Email
   • Password
   • Password confirmation
5. Touch the link "Choose your city" to select your region
6. Read and accept the conditions of use, activate the switch to confirm

Your account is now created and you can use your email and password to log in Tennis en Ligne from your mobile or on the tennisenligne.ca website.

Do not forget to log in with tennisenligne.ca to complete your initialization. This will allow you to configure your tennis attributes, unlock virtual trophies, see regional rankings, create duels, manage your tennis club, manage your list of favorite players, and much more ...

Connect to your account

When you connect to Tennis en Ligne Mobile, you have access to the Score and Coach menu in the main menu (burger).

Here are the instructions to connect to your account from the mobile app:

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile application
3. Touch the "Sign-In" button in the lower right corner of the home page
4. Enter the required information
   • Your username or email
   • Your password
5. Touch the switch to the right of "Remember me" to always connect with this profile
6. Touch « Sign In »

Log in with tennisenligne.ca to complete your initialization. This will allow you to configure your tennis attributes, unlock virtual trophies, see regional rankings, create duels, manage your tennis club, manage your list of favorite players, and much more ...

Change the default region

The Tennis en Ligne Mobile app data is filtered by the region of your choice. You can change this region from the configuration page.

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile application
3. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
4. Touch "Settings" from the main menu
5. Touch "Choose your city"
6. Touch the desired country
7. Touch the desired province or state
8. Touch the desired city (type your city in the filter above the list to find your city faster)

All data in Tennis Online Mobile are now filtered by this region.

View tennis players in your area

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows you to view the list of players in your area and sort the list in different ways.

Here's how to access the players list:

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile application
3. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
4. Touch "Players" from the main menu

Here's how to sort the players:

1. Touch the "Options" menu (three small vertical dots) above the player list
2. Touch the item "SORT BY" in the popup window
3. Select an option
   
   • Alphabetical (sort by first name)
   • New players (sort by registration date in descending order)
   • Experience (sort by experience points in descending order)

View groups and tennis clubs in your area

Tennis en Ligne Mobile permet de consulter la liste des groupes et clubs de tennis dans votre région.

Here's how to access the groups and tennis clubs list:

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile application
3. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
4. Touch "Groups" from the main menu

View tennis courts in your area

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows you to view the list of tennis courts in your area.

Here's how to access the tennis courts list:

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
4. Touch "Tennis courts" from the main menu

View your tennis match score (members only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows you to view your tennis match score wherever you are!

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to yuor account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Scores" from the main menu
6. Select a list
   
   • Payed (match with scores)
   • To play (match without a score)

Enter a tennis match score (members only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows you to manage and enter the results of your games wherever you are!

Entering a result will automatically update the standings in your area, as well as the tennis court ranking and the group or tennis club ranking where you played the game. Visit tennisenligne.ca to view different rankings. The rankings will be available soon on the mobile application.

Submit an invitation to register (member only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows members to submit invitations to encourage your friends to join you in the Tennis en Ligne community.

Here's how to submit an invitation

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to your account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Players" from the main menu
6. Touch the "+" button above the player list
7. Touch the indicated place to enter an email.

After submission, Tennis en Ligne Mobile will send an email to your friend and indicate that you want him to join you in the Tennis en Ligne community.

Change the display language

Here's how to change the display language on Tennis en Ligne Mobile app.

1. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
2. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
3. Touch "Settings" from the main menu
4. Touch the current language
5. Select your language
   
   • French
   • English
   • Spanish

View students who participate in your course. (Tennis coach only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows coaches to view the list of their student via their mobile.

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to your account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Coach" from the main menu
6. Select one of your session
7. Select one of your classe to view your student

Take students attendance (Tennis coach only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile allows coaches to take attendance.

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to your account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Coach" from the main menu
6. Select one of your session
7. Select one of your classe
8. Touch the toggle button to the right of the student to change his status (absent or present)
9. Touch the cloud located in the upper right corner to save
   

Once saved, the student attendance report will be automatically updated for the tennis club manager.

Write a note about the course (Tennis coach only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile lets you create notes about a session

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to your account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Coach" from the main menu
6. Select one of your session
7. Select one of your classe
8. Touch the note notebook located at the top right menu
9. Touch to type a note
10. Touch Ok
11. Touch the cloud located in the upper right corner to save

 The notes will appear on the automated report for the tennis club manager.

Take a note about a student (Tennis coach only)

Tennis en Ligne Mobile lets you create notes about a student.

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to your account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Coach" from the main menu
6. Select one of your session
7. Select one of your classe
8. Touch the Note tab (the notebook) located above the list of students
9. Touch the note notebook to the right of a student to take a note about him
10. Touch to type a note
11. Touch Ok
12. Touch the cloud located in the upper right corner to save the note
    

Choose a Most Valuable Player among your student

Tennis en Ligne Mobile permet aux entraineurs de choisir l’élève qui s’est le plus démarqué parmi les autres de son groupe durant la séance de cours. 

1. Make sure your mobile has an active internet connection
2. Start the Tennis en Ligne Mobile app
3. Connect to your account
4. Touch main menu button "Tennis en Ligne" in the upper left corner of the home page (the hamburger icon)
5. Touch "Coach" from the main menu
6. Select one of your session
7. Select one of your classe
8. Touch the Note tab (the notebook) located above the list of students
9. Make sure you have taken the attendance of students before choosing the MVP
10. Touch the MVP tab (the star) located above the list of students
11. Touch the star to the right of a student to make him the MVP
    
12. Touch the cloud located in the upper right corner to save the note
